Everway reads confirmation emails, PDF tickets, screenshots, calendar invites, and attached documents for the facts that matter: times, places, confirmation numbers, costs, and booking links. When two messages describe the same booking, they become one itinerary item instead of two. There are no document caps on any plan, so forward every ticket and voucher you have.

Invite travel companions by email. They sign in with a one-time code and share the same day-by-day plan and map. Everyone can forward their own bookings to the trip address, and emails, documents, and private items stay with whoever added them until they share a booking with the group. Kids and friends who only appear on tickets can be added as travelers without an account, and mail from unrecognized senders waits for the owner’s approval.
Know what to sort before you leave.
Bookings alone don’t get you through the border. Everway builds a pre-travel checklist from your itinerary and passport nationality: visas and entry authorizations, passport validity, vaccinations, insurance, driving permits, money, and power adapters. Domestic trips keep the list short, while international ones separate what’s required from what’s recommended. Each traveler keeps their own list, so a guest on a different passport sees their own requirements.
