What does the free plan include?
The core organizer, for one active trip: a private trip email address, the itinerary built from your forwarded confirmations, attachment parsing with no document caps, maps with Google and Apple Maps links, and costs in your currency. Pro adds unlimited trips, group itineraries, the pre-travel checklist, free-cancellation reminders, the hotel price watch, offline access, AI assistants, and your own @everway.ai inbox.
How does the hotel price watch work?
When a forwarded hotel confirmation has free cancellation, Everway re-shops it daily until the deadline: an AI web search checks booking sites and the hotel's own site for your exact dates and guests. You get an email when the same room drops by your chosen threshold (default 5%, adjustable 5–20%), or when a better room shows up for the same price or within a premium you set (also 5–20%). Each alert includes the price, where it was found, and your deadline, so you can rebook and cancel the original while it's still free. Pause it per booking or account-wide any time.
How does this compare to TripIt Pro at $49/year?
TripIt Pro is annual-only, and much of its price pays for travel-day alerts like flight delays, gate changes, and seat tracking. Everway doesn't do flight alerts, since your airline's app sends them free — the money it does watch is your hotel's: reminders 3 days and 24 hours before a refund window closes, plus a daily price watch that re-shops refundable stays and emails you when the same room (or better) gets cheaper in time to rebook. Everway Pro is $49/year (or $6/month) for unlimited trips, groups, offline access, and trip prep, and Everway's free plan parses attachments without TripIt's 3-document cap. What counts as an active trip on the free plan?
A trip you own. One is enough to run your next trip start to finish. Deleting a trip doesn't free the slot; when you're ready for the trip after that, or want past trips kept, that's what Pro is for.
How does billing work?
Pro is $49/year by default (about $4.08/month, 32% less than monthly billing), or $6/month if you prefer. Manage or cancel any time from your plan page through Stripe.
What happens to my trips if I cancel Pro?
Your data stays yours. Existing trips remain viewable and guests you've already invited keep their access. Pro features pause: new invites, offline access, the checklist, free-cancellation reminders, the price watch, AI assistants, and creating new trips wait until you upgrade again.
Is connecting an AI assistant a paid feature?
Yes. Connecting Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT to Everway over MCP is part of Pro. On the free plan your assistant can still check your account and plan status, and it will point you to the upgrade instead of failing silently.
Is there a plan for groups or teams?
