- Is the free plan actually the full product?
- Yes. Attachment parsing, maps with Google and Apple Maps links, group itineraries, offline access, currency conversion — everything works on the free plan, with no document caps. The only limit is one active trip. We'd rather you judge Everway by the real thing.
- How does this compare to TripIt Pro at $49/year?
- TripIt Pro is annual-only and much of its price pays for travel-day alerts — flight delays, gate changes, seat tracking. Everway doesn't do alerts; your airline's app does that free. Everway Pro is $29/year (or $5/month) for the plan itself: unlimited trips, every detail in one place. See the full comparison on our Everway vs TripIt page.
- What counts as an active trip on the free plan?
- A trip you own. One is enough to run your next trip start to finish. When you want to keep past trips around or plan several at once, that's what Pro is for.
- How does billing work?
- Pro is $29/year by default (about $2.42/month — 52% off monthly), or $5/month if you prefer. Manage or cancel any time from your plan page through Stripe.
- What happens to my trips if I cancel Pro?
- Your data stays yours. Existing trips remain viewable; the free-plan limit only applies to creating new ones.
- Is connecting an AI assistant a paid feature?
- No. Connecting Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT to Everway over MCP is included on every plan, free and Pro. The free plan's one-active-trip limit still applies, so asking your assistant to create a second trip prompts an upgrade.
- Is there a plan for groups or teams?
