One itinerary. The whole group.
Everyone forwards their own bookings into one shared day-by-day plan with maps. Emails and documents stay private to each person — guests who just need to look get a view-only link, no account required.
Your first trip is free, every feature included. No credit card.
How group trips stay organized
One plan instead of a scattered group chat
Group trips fall apart in the retelling — flight screenshots in one thread, the Airbnb link in another, dinner bookings nowhere. Everway gives the trip one day-by-day itinerary and map that everyone sees, so "what time do we need to leave?" has one answer.
Everyone forwards their own bookings
Companions you invite can forward their confirmations to the trip's address themselves. The organizer stops being the human clearinghouse — each booking lands in the shared plan the moment it's forwarded, filed into the right day.
Private bookings stay private
Sharing the plan doesn't mean sharing your inbox. Each person's forwarded emails, documents, and attachments stay theirs until they share them, and you can keep individual itinerary items private — a surprise dinner reservation stays a surprise.
Guests just look — no account, no setup
Family members who only need to see the plan get a view-only itinerary and map via a link. No sign-up, no app to install, no access to anyone's emails. Grandparents included.
Who's on which flight, at a glance
Bookings can be attached to specific people, so the itinerary shows who's on the early flight and who arrives after lunch. When half the group lands at a different terminal, the plan already says so.
Shared plan. Private inboxes.
Every stop is plotted on a shared map with one-tap Google Maps and Apple Maps links
View-only invites by email — guests never see anyone's forwarded messages
Itinerary items can be attached to specific people or kept private
Trips you've opened stay available offline for the whole group
Group trip questions
Weighing collaborative planners? See how Everway compares on the Everway vs Wanderlog page.
- Do my travel companions need their own Everway accounts?
- Only if they want to forward bookings or edit the plan. View-only guests open the itinerary and map from an invite link — no account, no setup. Companions who join the trip can forward their own confirmations to the trip's address.
- Can other people in the group see my emails?
- No. The group shares the itinerary and the map — never inboxes. Each person's forwarded emails, documents, and attachments stay private to them unless they choose to share, and individual itinerary items can be kept private too.
- Does a group trip cost more?
- No. Group itineraries, invites, and sharing are included on every plan, free and Pro. The free plan's only limit is one active trip for the trip owner.
- Can everyone edit the itinerary, or just the organizer?
- Trip members can forward bookings and add items; view-only guests can look but not touch. The organizer controls who gets which role when inviting.
- What happens when someone's flight changes?
- They forward the updated confirmation and Everway merges it into the existing booking, matched by confirmation or flight number. The shared plan shows one current version for everyone — not a stack of duplicates.
