Privacy Policy

The short version
Everway never connects to your mailbox. We only receive the emails you deliberately forward to a trip address. We use that content to build your itinerary and for nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, display name, and sign-in activity.
- Forwarded emails — the messages and attachments you send to your trip addresses, including the booking details extracted from them.
- Trip data — trips, itinerary items, notes, and guests you invite.
- Billing data — subscription status handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
How we use it
Forwarded emails are parsed to extract itinerary details. Attachments may be read with optical character recognition, and booking text is processed by AI models under agreements that prohibit the provider from training on your data. Addresses are geocoded so your bookings appear on a map. That is the entire pipeline — your content is used to build your trip, not to profile or advertise to you.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States: emails and attachments in S3, trip records in DynamoDB. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who can see it
You, and the guests you explicitly invite to a trip. Guests see the itinerary in view-only form — they never see your inbox, source emails, or account settings. Everway staff access customer content only when required to debug an issue you report or to comply with law.
Service providers
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, email receiving, and OCR
- OpenAI — booking detail extraction, with training on your data disabled
- Mapbox — maps and geocoding
- Stripe — payments and subscription management
Retention and deletion
Trip content is kept while your account is active. Deleting a trip deletes its itinerary items, email records, and stored attachments. To delete your entire account and its data, email privacy@everway.ai and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Contact us and we will honor them. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
