Your itinerary is already written. It’s just scattered.
Every booking you make already has the exact times, addresses, and reference numbers you need. Everway puts them in one place — so the details are easy to find, fast to check, and accurate when you need them.
- Which email had the ferry time?
- Was the hotel voucher a PDF or a link?
- Did the airline move the flight?
- Where did I save the tickets?
Three steps. The third one is automatic.
- 1
Create a trip
Give it a name and dates. Everway assigns a private email address that only routes to this trip — yours to rename, share with a booking site, or keep to yourself.

Forward what lands in your inbox
Book flights, hotels, and tickets anywhere you normally would. When the confirmations arrive, forward them on. Emails, PDFs, screenshots, and calendar invites all work.

Open one finished plan
Within moments, each email becomes a booking — flight, hotel, train, ferry, rental car, dinner, or event — with its times, places, confirmation numbers, costs, and files. Organized by day, plotted on a map, with one-tap links into Google Maps and Apple Maps — ready to open when you need it, including offline.

Forwarding is the privacy model.
Most travel apps ask to connect to your mailbox and scan everything. Everway is built the other way around: you decide what we see, one email at a time.
- You forward. We never fetch.
- Everway has no connection to your mailbox — no OAuth, no scanning, no background sync. The only emails we ever see are the ones you choose to send to a trip address.
- Strangers can't fill your trip.
- Each address is scoped to you and one trip. If someone else forwards a booking to it, the email waits for your approval before anything is extracted.
- Guests see the shared plan, never each other's mail.
- Invite companions by email for one group itinerary. Everyone can forward their own bookings — emails, documents, and private items stay theirs until they share them with the trip.
- Deleting an email deletes its trail.
- Remove a forwarded email and every itinerary item, file, and map pin that came from it is removed too.

Common questions
What kinds of bookings does it understand?
Flights, hotels and other stays, trains, ferries, buses, rental cars, transfers, restaurant reservations, tickets and activities, plus loose documents and notes. If a confirmation has a time, a place, or a reference number, Everway will look for it.
What if a booking arrives as a PDF or a screenshot?
Attachments are read too. PDF tickets, photographed vouchers, calendar invites, and Word documents are all parsed alongside the email body.
What happens when a booking changes?
Forward the change email. Everway matches it to the existing booking by confirmation or flight number and updates it in place — you don't end up with two versions of the same flight.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Items extracted with low confidence are flagged for review, and every item stays editable. You can fix any detail by hand or add items yourself — and each item keeps a link to the source email, so checking is easy.
Do my travel companions need accounts?
Guests you invite sign in with a one-time email code — no password. You get one shared group itinerary and map; they can forward their own bookings to the trip, and emails and documents stay private to them until they share items with the group. Travelers (kids, friends on tickets) can be named on bookings without an account.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Install Everway like an app. Trips you've opened stay available without a connection — the itinerary, tickets, and map tiles for places you've already viewed. Offline access is included on every plan.
Which email providers work?
All of them. Forwarding is the whole integration, so anything that can send an email — Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, a work inbox — works the same way.
Can I connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to my trips?
Yes. Everway has a built-in MCP server, so you can connect an AI assistant and ask what’s left to book or have it add itinerary items in plain language — working on your real trips, with your permissions and no inbox access. It’s included on every plan. See the AI assistants page for setup.
How is this different from TripIt?
Same forwarding habit, different focus. TripIt uses one shared address for every trip and sells travel-day alerts for $49/year; Everway gives each trip its own private address, puts every detail in one focused plan without document caps, and never offers to scan your inbox. We keep an honest side-by-side on the Everway vs TripIt page.
