Work trips, organized from your inbox.
Everway turns forwarded confirmations into one day-by-day plan per trip, with confirmation numbers, costs, tickets, and maps ready at every counter. It never connects to your mailbox, so there’s nothing for IT to approve.
The first trip is free, with no card needed.

Conf numbers in hand
Built for travel that’s part of the job
Works with your work email, without asking IT
Everway never connects to a mailbox, so there is no OAuth grant for your IT team to review, block, or revoke. You forward the confirmations you choose from Outlook, Gmail, or anywhere else, and that is the entire integration. Corporate travel tools, airline emails, and hotel PDFs all land the same way.
Confirmation numbers in hand at every counter
Each forwarded booking is parsed for the record locator, address, time, and attachments, then filed into the right day. At the check-in desk you open the trip instead of your inbox; the number and the PDF are on the itinerary item they belong to.
Costs collected per trip for the expense report
Every booking keeps its cost and currency, and the trip shows the running total. When the expense report is due, the amounts and the receipts are already in one place instead of scattered through a month of email.
Back-to-back trips that stay separate
Each trip has its own private address, so next week's confirmations never mix into this week's plan. Forward the Chicago hotel to chicago+you@everway.ai and the Denver flight to denver+you@everway.ai, and each lands in the right itinerary automatically.
Changes merge instead of piling up
Airlines reschedule and hotels re-confirm. Forward the update and Everway matches it to the existing booking by confirmation or flight number, so the plan shows one current version rather than three copies of the same flight.
On travel day, everything is already in hand.
Trips you've opened stay available offline, tickets and map included
Every stop is geocoded with one-tap Google Maps and Apple Maps links
PDFs, screenshots, and calendar invites are parsed with no document caps
Pre-travel checklist for visas, passport validity, and entry requirements by nationality
Assistant access over MCP: ask Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT what's left to book

Coming from TripIt? Read the full Everway vs TripIt comparison.
Does Everway work with a corporate mailbox like Outlook or Google Workspace?
Yes. Everway never connects to your mailbox, so there is nothing for your IT team to approve. You forward confirmation emails to your trip's private @everway.ai address the same way you'd forward them to a colleague. If your company allows outbound email, it works.
Can I keep work and personal trips separate?
Yes. Every trip has its own private forwarding address, so bookings land in the trip they belong to. Work trips and personal trips live side by side without sharing an inbox or a plan.
Does Everway do expense reports?
No, but it collects the raw material. Each booking keeps its cost, currency, and receipt attachments, and the trip shows a running total. The filing itself belongs to your expense tool; Everway makes sure nothing is missing when you sit down to do it.
Does Everway send flight delay alerts?
No. Your airline's app already pushes delays, gate changes, and cancellations free. Everway keeps the plan itself organized: times, confirmation numbers, addresses, and documents.
Is there a plan for teams or travel managers?
Not yet as a self-serve plan. If you organize travel for a team, email support@team.everway.ai and we'll figure it out together.
