Terms of Service

1. The service

Everway turns emails you forward into organized trip itineraries. Each trip you create receives a private email address ending in @everway.ai. When you send or forward a message to that address, Everway processes it to extract booking details — times, places, confirmation numbers, attachments — and adds them to your trip.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since anyone who controls it can access your Everway account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Everway.

3. Your content

The emails, attachments, and trip details you send to Everway remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, processing it to extract itinerary details, and displaying it to you and to guests you invite. We do not sell your content or use it to train machine-learning models.

Do not forward content that you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or malicious.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes one active trip. Everway Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited trips and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from your plan settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Accuracy of extracted details

Everway uses automated extraction, including AI models, to read bookings. Extraction can be wrong or incomplete, and items that need attention are flagged for review. Always confirm critical travel details — flight times, reservation dates, addresses — against the original confirmation before you rely on them. Everway is an organizational tool, not a travel agent, and is not responsible for missed or incorrect travel arrangements.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use trip addresses to receive bulk, automated, or unsolicited mail.
• Do not attempt to access other users' trips or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

7. Termination

You can delete your trips or stop using Everway at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. On termination we delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Everway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Everway after a change means you accept the updated terms.
