What is Everway

Once it's booked, the plan builds itself

Everway is a trip organizer for confirmations, not a research board. Forward the emails you already have and every flight, hotel, train, and ticket becomes one day-by-day plan, with nothing to pin or maintain.

  1. 1

    Create a trip

Every trip gets its own private address, like rome+you@everway.ai. No board to build, no manual entry.

  2. 2

    Forward your bookings

Send confirmation emails, PDFs, and screenshots. Everway reads the times, places, costs, and confirmation numbers.

  3. 3

    Open one plan

Your itinerary assembles itself in order, with maps, tickets, and every detail in reach on any device.

A private address per trip
Forward a confirmation and it lands in the right trip automatically. Hand the address to a booking site and it skips your inbox entirely.
Reads emails, PDFs, and screenshots
Tickets and attachments are parsed into bookings on every plan, with no caps. Changes merge into the existing booking instead of duplicating.
One plan, in order
Days line up in local time with whatever is happening next at the top. Open the trip and see the day ahead, not a wall of research.
Every stop on the map
Each booking is plotted as it arrives, with one-tap links into Google Maps and Apple Maps for directions or the place listing.
Never touches your inbox
Forwarding is the whole integration. Everway only ever sees the emails you send, and deleting a forward deletes everything from it.
Tickets where you need them
Every voucher and PDF stays on the booking it belongs to, so the ticket is in hand at check-in instead of buried in downloads.

Why travelers choose Everway

Booked trips need a different tool

Wanderlog shines while you are still deciding, with guides, pins, group edits, and budgets for a trip you are dreaming up. Everway starts when the bookings are real: forward the confirmations and every detail lands in one day-by-day plan with maps, files, and confirmation numbers, with no planning board to maintain. If your question is "where should we go?", use a planner. If it's "it's all booked, where is everything?", that's Everway.

Confirmations land in the right trip

Both accept forwarded emails. Wanderlog sorts forwards into trips, and its automatic import connects to Gmail to scan for reservations, which is a Pro feature that needs mailbox access. Everway gives every trip its own private address: forward the hotel confirmation to tokyo+you@everway.ai and it can only land in that trip. You can even hand the address to a booking site so confirmations skip your inbox entirely.

Your inbox stays closed

Wanderlog's most convenient import, automatic Gmail scanning, asks you to connect your mailbox. Everway doesn't have that option, on purpose. Forwarding is the whole integration: the only emails Everway ever sees are the ones you choose to send, and deleting a forwarded email deletes everything extracted from it.

Tickets parsed into the plan, on every plan

On Wanderlog, unlimited attachments come with Pro, and files sit with the plan for reference. Everway has no attachment caps on any plan, including free. PDF tickets, screenshots, and calendar invites are parsed into bookings, then kept on the itinerary item they belong to, so they're in hand at the check-in desk without searching.

Planning extras vs the trip you already paid for

Wanderlog's guides, group editing, expense splitting, and route optimization are useful while a trip is still taking shape. Everway doesn't try to be that workspace. Once flights and hotels are confirmed, most travelers need the plan to build itself: companions sign in with a one-time code, and costs are captured from bookings without a separate budgeting workflow.

Pricing that starts free

Wanderlog Pro is $39.99 per year, annual-only, and it holds back automatic import, route optimization, and unlimited attachments. Everway's free plan runs one active trip with the core organizer: attachment parsing without caps, maps, and every detail in one place. Pro is $49/year or $6/month for unlimited trips, guest sharing, offline access, and trip prep. Cancel whenever.

Choose Everway if

  • Your trip is booked and you want the plan to build itself from the emails

  • You will not grant any app access to your mailbox

  • You keep every ticket and voucher with the trip, parsed into the plan rather than stored beside it

  • You share with a partner or family who only need to see the itinerary

  • You want attachments parsed without caps on the free plan, and flexible Pro billing if you go paid

Wanderlog may still fit if

  • You are still deciding where to go and want destination guides

  • Your group all needs to edit the same trip in real time

  • You need expense splitting and route optimization as core workflows

Once the trip is booked, forward the confirmations to Everway and travel with a plan that built itself, even if you researched elsewhere.

The plan starts when you book.

There’s no board to maintain and nothing to pin. Create a trip, forward the confirmations you already have, and the itinerary assembles itself: times, maps, confirmation numbers, tickets. Your first trip is free, with everything included.
